If you're looking to challenge yourself and take your workout routine to the next level, a StairMaster workout is a great option. This intense, full-body workout will get your heart racing, work your muscles, and help you burn calories fast. Repeat this workout twice to get the maximum benefits.

Here's the workout, repeat the following 2 times:

Slow Climb (5-7) (40 seconds)

Start by setting the StairMaster at a low to moderate level and slowly stepping up and down, focusing on your form. Aim for 5-7 steps per second and keep your pace steady.

Squat Step (5-7) (20 seconds)

Increase the difficulty level and step up and down, using your legs to squat down and stand up with each step. Make sure to keep your knees bent and focus on your balance.

Slow Climb (5-7) (40 seconds)

Reduce the level back to the slow climb and continue for 40 seconds. Focus on your form and breathing.

Side Step Left (5-7) (30 seconds)

Step up and down, but this time, take a step to the side with each step. Alternate between left and right sides to work your hips, legs, and glutes.

Side Step Right (5-7) (30 seconds)

Repeat the side step on the right side for 30 seconds.

Sprint (10-12) (20 seconds)

Turn up the difficulty level and sprint up and down the stairs for 20 seconds. Push yourself to your limits and keep your pace fast.

Slow Climb (5-7) (60 seconds)

Slow down and reduce the level back to a slow climb for 60 seconds. Focus on your breathing and form.

Squat Steps (5-7) (20 seconds)

Repeat the squat steps for 20 seconds, focusing on your balance and form.

Slow Climb (5-7) (40 seconds)

Reduce the level back to a slow climb and continue for 40 seconds.

Sprint (10-12) (20 seconds)

Final sprint for 20 seconds. Push yourself to your limits and give it your all.
