Very well built. I fit almost an entire 50lb sandbag into this thing without any issues. It is designed for less and the provided carriers for sand worked great. It could easily fit plates or any other style weight if needed. Padding and straps worked great too!

I’ve recently been using the STEPR All in Ruck for my workouts, and the quality felt solid right out the bag. At 115 lbs, I was able to size it down with no extra slack, which is something I’ve struggled to find with other gear.
As an avid hiker, comfort is a big deal for me. Hiking with this ruck has been easy, it stays secure and doesn’t chafe like my weighted vest used to.
My son who is a Fire Explorer and EMT, has “borrowed” it multiple times to train for his academy, and even though he has a lot more size to him, it fits him just as well. The versatility is great.
Pull-ups are my go to upper body exercise, and using the ruck has taken them to another level. Since incorporating it, I’ve increased my AMRAP by 2 reps.
Overall, I’m really impressed and excited to keep pushing my workouts with it.

We’ve been using the STEPR All-In Ruck Backpack for my ADHD son and I can confidently say… he’s OBSESSED.
He’s always been that kid who needs to move, constantly. Sitting still? Not happening. But this has been such a game changer for us. Instead of fighting that energy, we’re channeling it.
We love hiking as a family, and this makes it even better. He actually asks to wear it. The added weight gives him that proprioceptive input his body craves, and I’ve noticed he’s more regulated, focused, and honestly just happier when we’re out moving.
I also love that it’s not complicated, just throw it on and go. It turns a simple walk into something purposeful without feeling like “exercise.” 
It’s super well made (like, actually durable, not kid-proof “ish,” but truly tough), and the adjustable weight system makes it easy to grow with him as he gets stronger.
