- Curbside Drop-Off: Your STEPR will be delivered to the curb outside your home with or without someone to receive it. Please note that our delivery team will not assist with product assembly or placement beyond the curbside. We suggest arranging help to move your item inside your home.
- Threshold, In-Front-Door Delivery: Your purchase will be delivered directly to the garage or first accessible area inside your home's entrance. The delivery team will not assist with product assembly. If your entryway includes stairs, we recommend opting for our Room Selection service for a smoother delivery experience.
- Room-of-Choice: Choose the exact room for your delivery, even if it means navigating up or down two flights of stairs. Our team will ensure your item reaches its designated spot, giving you one less thing to worry about. Please note, the unit will have to be unboxed to get through a standard doorway. The base and each individual part will need to be brought into the room of choice. The delivery team will not assist with full product assembly.
- Premium White Glove Service: Opt for the ultimate convenience with delivery to your room of choice, including navigation of up to two flights of stairs, followed by professional unpacking and assembly of your item. What is the delivery lead time?

My wife and I are using this at least three times a week each. We love it. I often throw a podcast or sermon on and get 100-200 floors in with a weighted ruck. It’s a killer workout. Love the look. It’s sleek and modern. The size is perfect for our garage. I could even bring it in the house if I wanted to. We were going back and forth between a STEPR and a rower and were 100% happy we got the STEPR!

We’ve been really impressed with the actual stair-climbing performance of the STEPR Stairclimber. The motion feels smooth, consistent, and very close to climbing real stairs. It provides a challenging workout and the build quality of the machine itself seems solid. From a purely mechanical standpoint, it’s one of the better stair climbers we’ve used.
However, the biggest downside for us has been the monitor and software experience. The screen and interface tend to be slow to respond, and there is noticeable lag when navigating menus or starting workouts. At times it can feel frustrating when the hardware is great but the digital side doesn’t keep up with it.
Overall, we really like the workout quality the STEPR provides and would absolutely recommend it for the stair-climbing performance alone. If the monitor and software responsiveness were improved, it would easily be an outstanding machine. As it stands, it’s a great climber with a software experience that still needs some work.

I bought the Stepr + and I would have given it 5 stars, but it really seems for the price of the monitor they should be able to get YouTube to work (LOL). I obviously didn't buy the machine to watch YouTube, but since it's offered, I think it should work. They used to offer TikTok but not any more. IMO they should be adding services instead of taking them away. I talked to one of the reviewers who posts on YouTube and he said that his YouTube doesn't crash... but his Stepr+ is older than mine. I have seen other reviewers on YouTube who have also mentioned the crashing YT problem, so go figure. Anyway Stepr support says they are working on it.
As for the machine itself... it really gets the heart pumping! The smaller steps work fine for me. Don't think I'd last long on the bigger steps. You can tell that It's well made and really sturdy. The workouts and hike alongs really help and I'm so glad there's no subscription fee otherwise I probably wouldn't have bought it. I can't review the Warranty because I haven't had to use it, but from what other reviewers have said it sounds great. I received my unit in less than 2 weeks so that really nice. I took my time putting it together but it wasn't too difficult and I did it by myself... but have to admit... another pair of hands would have really helped.
So... so far so good!

I have really enjoyed the stepr machine so far! The touchscreen interface is not the greatest but I am sure this will be improved as they continue to grow. The machine itself is very well built and has a small footprint as they state. I would definitely recommend the machine!
