STEPR Refund Policy
At STEPR, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy below carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Return Eligibility:
Standard STEPR Models: Our refund policy extends to all standard models, with returns accepted under the conditions outlined below.
*Note: STEPR Renewed Units: These are final sale items and are not eligible for return.
Return Period:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, subject to the following terms.
Return Conditions:
- Freight Costs: Costs associated with freight and delivery to and from the supplier are not covered under this policy and will not be reimbursed.
- Product Condition: The item must be undamaged, not misused, and in a condition suitable for resale. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging and packed appropriately to ensure they arrive safely.
- Proof of Purchase: The original proof of purchase is required.
- Return Processing: Before returning any goods, you must contact STEPR to arrange a return authorization.
Return Process:
- Contact STEPR: To begin the return process, contact us to receive return authorization and the necessary details.
- Package the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Return the Item: Send the item back to the original dispatch location provided by STEPR.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be issued only if the item is in a complete, undamaged condition suitable for resale. Please allow time for the returned item to be processed.
Refund Notification:
You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Cancellations:
Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to scheduling for shipment.
After Processing for Shipment: Once the order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
Partial Cancellations: The entire order must be cancelled; partial cancellations are not supported.
Contact for Cancellations: To cancel an order, please send an inquiry to support@getstepr.com. If eligible, you will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.
Final Decision:
We reserve the right to make the final decision on all returns and cancellations.
