honestly thought this would be a basic machine just to get me moving, but wow, after 10 minutes on the STEPR GO I was drenched. It’s solid, feels stable, and has no rattling like the old cardio gear I used to have. It’s smooth and surprisingly quiet. Doesn’t feel cheap at all. I lift 5-6 days a week and mainly wanted a cardio option that wouldn’t interfere with leg recovery or spike my heart rate too aggressively. The STEPR GO has been perfect for that.
I use it mostly for steady Zone 2 sessions and it’s easy to lock into a sustainable pace while still getting a solid sweat. It’s low impact, doesn’t beat up my joints, and actually feels better on my knees than incline walking or cycling.
What surprised me most is how controlled the effort feels. I can stay aerobic, focus on breathing, and still feel my calves and glutes working without compromising my lifting sessions later in the day.
For anyone focused on hypertrophy but still serious about cardiovascular health, this has been a great addition. Big fan of STEPR and how well this fits into a structured training plan.

Didn’t think I’d love a stair climber this much, but here we are. The STEPR GO is way harder than it looks and doesn’t take up much space at all, which was a big win for me.
I usually do 15-20 minutes and I’m sweating every time. It gets my heart rate up fast and my legs feel it, but my knees don’t hate me like they do after running. Super easy to hop on and use, no messing around.
I’ve had other cardio machines that I stopped using, but this one actually stuck. It feels solid, not flimsy, and I genuinely enjoy it.
Big fan of STEPR. Simple, effective, and totally worth it.

I purchased the stepr go, got it together and it didn’t work. I contacted the support and they said I had to submit an Email with a video showing the issue so I did. I didn’t hear back so I called in again and they told me to once again submit the email and wait. I never heard back from them and it’s now been a month. So i took the unit apart and loaded it back into my truck (reminder this thing is heavy and took 3 people to do this at the store) and exchanged for another unit.
The new unit works great and I love it. I love my stepr go but the companies customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They are able to send me sales emails but not return my email for the broken stepr. I responded to a sales email from someone in their company and still no response.
If you get a stepr, the product is great but let’s hope you never have an issue or need help. The associates at Dicks Sporting Goods were fantastic and thank goodness for them.

I sincerely apologize for the customer service experience you had with your STEPR GO. When you take the time to submit emails with video evidence and make multiple calls, you deserve a prompt response right away.
It's frustrating that you had to go through the physical difficulty of disassembling and returning a heavy unit yourself when our support team should have been there to help you from the beginning.
While I'm glad to hear your replacement STEPR GO is working great and that you love the product, your experience with our support is inexcusable and not the standard we should be holding ourselves to. We clearly failed you when you needed us most.

This fits perfectly in my home. I am a firefighter paramedic as well as a military veteran who participates in stadium runs, obstacle runs, etc. The one suggestion I just made to the company is that there is no training manual on how to use the panel or no YouTube video, etc... they are working on that going forward. In addition I live in Florida. I highly recommend that you keep your machine unplugged. Get a high-quality surge protector, plug it in first turn the surge protector on then turn the machine on this way you can protect it from the lightning and surges. If you have a machine that needs to update and you don't use it for a while you should plug it in periodically so we can update my home is eccentric. I use my living room mainly for training. You can see. I have quite a bit of fitness equipment, but it fits perfectly in between my treadmill, my bike and rowing machine. One other thing I do do is I cover all my machines with decorative blanket/comforters to keep dust, etc. from getting into the machine steps, etc. the company has been very responsive to my questions and needs. I did a lot of research on machines I felt this would be the safest and fit best in my space.

Great size for the house. Step size is smaller so fyi on that. It’s a little loud too. Fyi FedEx will not bring this inside your door even if you pay for it. Prepare yourself for an argument or don’t pay for inside delivery.
