Fine tune your workout with 31 levels of resistance, from light friction through to a maximum of 136.4 lb (62 kg) of load, adjustable in precise increments of 4.4 lb (2 kg). The same motor enables the belt to run both forward and backward, unlocking training modalities unavailable on standard treadmills.

I am a serious runner and I put in hundreds(working toward thousands) of miles annually. Living in Idaho, I was tired of battling the elements, so I started researching treadmills. After months of scrutiny and scouring the internet, I finally pulled the trigger on the STEPR all-in tread. This treadmill is even better than advertised. Sleek design, super soft and comfortable slat belt makes for easy miles when you need them. The incline and speed can also ramp up for tempo runs, intervals, and hill training. I love the manual sled push feature which I can seamlessly integrate into my HYROX training. Shout out to the whole STEPR team. Job well done.
