- Curbside Drop-Off: Your STEPR will be delivered to the curb outside your home with or without someone to receive it. Please note that our delivery team will not assist with product assembly or placement beyond the curbside. We suggest arranging help to move your item inside your home.
- Threshold, In-Front-Door Delivery: Your purchase will be delivered directly to the garage or first accessible area inside your home's entrance. The delivery team will not assist with product assembly. If your entryway includes stairs, we recommend opting for our Room Selection service for a smoother delivery experience.
- Room-of-Choice: Choose the exact room for your delivery, even if it means navigating up or down two flights of stairs. Our team will ensure your item reaches its designated spot, giving you one less thing to worry about. Please note, the unit will have to be unboxed to get through a standard doorway. The base and each individual part will need to be brought into the room of choice. The delivery team will not assist with full product assembly.
- Premium White Glove Service: Opt for the ultimate convenience with delivery to your room of choice, including navigation of up to two flights of stairs, followed by professional unpacking and assembly of your item. I’ve been wanting a stairclimber for years and finally decided on the STEPR. I did not want one that had a touchscreen and wanted simplicity so I didn’t need to worry about technology issues. I ended up with the Pro Classic and I’m so happy with my choice! It does everything I need and is so quiet! The step size is perfect and I’m glad I opted for the larger machine and not the smaller footprint. The only negative, is be prepared that shipping can take quite awhile. I had to deal with several shipping/logistics companies and it took about a month to get here. However, STEPR was very helpful and communicative when I reached out with my concerns about the delays. They helped get things moving rather quickly after that.

Was enjoying the unit until STEPR tried to do a software update. The update does not work and the STEPR is not usable until the company gets the update glitch fixed. Company expects a fix this week or next.
Only had the product about 1 month. Seems to be very good except for this SW problem. Would give it a 5 except for that.

Overall the Stepr Pro is without doubt my most used gym equipment. We feel rejuvenated after using it. My only issue is that at the conclusion of all the workouts I get error code. I have tried troubleshooting but still unable to resolve the issue. I have attached a photo. If you can help resolve we would appreciate it.

ordered the wrong stair master and it didn't fit in the room - paid $1k for the new one to be delivered and set up and when the guy got here to set it up he asked for help setting it up - so I paid for a service and still had to put it together. when using the stairmaster it isn't smooth either it makes a loud noise - something in the base isn't clicking correctly and that piece came directly from the company

I sincerely apologize for the multiple issues you've experienced with your STEPR PRO delivery and setup. You're absolutely right - when you pay for professional setup service, you shouldn't have to assist with the assembly yourself. That's unacceptable.
The noise issue you're describing is also not normal for the STEPR PRO and needs to be addressed immediately. A properly functioning unit should operate smoothly without loud clicking sounds from the base.
I see we arranged for a qualified technician to come out and properly diagnose the noise issue and he found the STEPR was missing two snap rings at the stair rods. Those parts delivered to the tech on Friday August 8th. The technician will be reaching out to schedule the service appointment. Thank you so much for your patience!
