Welcome to your booty-building stairmaster workout! This routine is designed to tone, shape, and strengthen your glutes while giving you an amazing cardio boost. This workout will help you tone and shape your bum in no time!


Start off with slow steps at 5-7 to warm up.


Follow this with double steps at the same intensity for another 30 seconds.


Then, switch it up and do side steps - left leg first.


Then right leg - at a 3-4 incline for 30 seconds each.


Finally, finish with a sprint at 10-12 for the last 30 seconds.


Repeat this 3 times!

Finally, be sure to stay hydrated throughout the routine and take a sixty second pause to cool down with slow steps at a 5-7. This stairmaster booty building workout will help you build and shape your booty in 2023!

It looks like this:

  1. Slow Steps at 5-7 30 secs.
  2. Double Step at 5-7 for 30 secs.
  3. Slow Steps at 5-7 for 30 secs.
  4. Left Side Step at 3-4 for 30 secs.
  5. Right Side Step at 3-4 for 30 secs.
  6. Sprint at 10-12 for 30 secs.


      7.Slow Steps Cooldown at 5-7 - 60secs


If you want an extra challenge, try adding more sets or intervals. You can also increase the incline for each exercise to make it harder. If you’re a beginner, start with shorter time intervals and lower intensity levels. Remember to listen to your body and stop when you feel fatigued. Good luck!
