Shipping Options
- Curbside Drop-Off: Your STEPR will be delivered to the curb outside your home with or without someone to receive it. Please note that our delivery team will not assist with product assembly or placement beyond the curbside. We suggest arranging help to move your item inside your home.
- Threshold, In-Front-Door Delivery: Your purchase will be delivered directly to the garage or first accessible area inside your home's entrance. The delivery team will not assist with product assembly. If your entryway includes stairs, we recommend opting for our Room Selection service for a smoother delivery experience.
- Room-of-Choice: Choose the exact room for your delivery, even if it means navigating up or down two flights of stairs. Our team will ensure your item reaches its designated spot, giving you one less thing to worry about. Please note, the unit will have to be unboxed to get through a standard doorway. The base and each individual part will need to be brought into the room of choice. The delivery team will not assist with full product assembly.
- Premium White Glove Service: Opt for the ultimate convenience with delivery to your room of choice, including navigation of up to two flights of stairs, followed by professional unpacking and assembly of your item. We'll also take care of removing all packaging materials. Please be aware that delivery and assembly might be scheduled separately by our carrier to ensure the highest quality service.
Every STEPR comes with a Limited Home Use Warranty that includes 10-Year Frame, 2-Year Parts & 12-month Labor, plus with our 'STEPR CARE+' options you can extend coverage for added peace of mind.

No, you do NOT. There is no membership or subscription required to access anything on the STEPR+ including all of the on-demand classes, scenic sessions or streaming & entertainment features.

What is the delivery lead time?
Under the "Add to Cart" button, you will see the current estimated dispatch from our warehouse dates for the specific product you choose. Full tracking provided once your STEPR is dispatched

This machine honestly offers such an incredible workout in such a short time. I used my FSA funds through my work on TrueMed to get one of these and its been incredible for my health, i have never been able to dedicate a lot of time to workouts but this does the trick. I would recommend this to anyone in my position who needs a meaningful workout, that is easy on their joints and great for their heart health. Been working my exercises up incrementally and its amazing. Simple install, awesome transport handles and wheels made moving this super easy for me compared to other brands of workout equipment ive bought. Overall just thoroughly impressed, i use this thing daily, and on rest days i can just set it low and still get my cardio without tearing up my legs. Just overall such a min/max design and it has changed my life, not kidding!

Ordering was a problem because the site had a glitch. Once I managed to placed the order after 15 tries, it took a month to arrive. While i reached out to them to inquire when will i be receiving the machine, they told me someone will call me to schedule a date for delivery. I did not get a call from them to arrange nor given me an estimated delivery date and when I did get a call, they were outside my house while I’m at work. When I ask them to place it at the back by the garage, they said they did that but when I came home just to see the 400lb box sitting at the entry of my driveway near the streets and I had to park somewhere else.

Dealing with a website glitch that required multiple attempts to place your order, followed by a month-long wait and then a delivery that didn't go as planned, is absolutely not the level of service we strive for.
I'm really sorry that you didn't receive the advance call to schedule delivery as promised, and I completely understand your frustration when the delivery team placed the box at your driveway instead of at the back by the garage where you requested.

My wife and I are using this at least three times a week each. We love it. I often throw a podcast or sermon on and get 100-200 floors in with a weighted ruck. It’s a killer workout. Love the look.
