- Curbside Drop-Off: Your STEPR will be delivered to the curb outside your home with or without someone to receive it. Please note that our delivery team will not assist with product assembly or placement beyond the curbside. We suggest arranging help to move your item inside your home.
- Threshold, In-Front-Door Delivery: Your purchase will be delivered directly to the garage or first accessible area inside your home's entrance. The delivery team will not assist with product assembly. If your entryway includes stairs, we recommend opting for our Room Selection service for a smoother delivery experience.
- Room-of-Choice: Choose the exact room for your delivery, even if it means navigating up or down two flights of stairs. Our team will ensure your item reaches its designated spot, giving you one less thing to worry about. Please note, the unit will have to be unboxed to get through a standard doorway. The base and each individual part will need to be brought into the room of choice. The delivery team will not assist with full product assembly.
- Premium White Glove Service: Opt for the ultimate convenience with delivery to your room of choice, including navigation of up to two flights of stairs, followed by professional unpacking and assembly of your item. We'll also take care of removing all packaging materials. Please be aware that delivery and assembly might be scheduled separately by our carrier to ensure the highest quality service.

I purchased the stepr go, got it together and it didn’t work. I contacted the support and they said I had to submit an Email with a video showing the issue so I did. I didn’t hear back so I called in again and they told me to once again submit the email and wait. I never heard back from them and it’s now been a month. So i took the unit apart and loaded it back into my truck (reminder this thing is heavy and took 3 people to do this at the store) and exchanged for another unit.
The new unit works great and I love it. I love my stepr go but the companies customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They are able to send me sales emails but not return my email for the broken stepr. I responded to a sales email from someone in their company and still no response.
If you get a stepr, the product is great but let’s hope you never have an issue or need help. The associates at Dicks Sporting Goods were fantastic and thank goodness for them.

I sincerely apologize for the customer service experience you had with your STEPR GO. When you take the time to submit emails with video evidence and make multiple calls, you deserve a prompt response right away.
It's frustrating that you had to go through the physical difficulty of disassembling and returning a heavy unit yourself when our support team should have been there to help you from the beginning.
While I'm glad to hear your replacement STEPR GO is working great and that you love the product, your experience with our support is inexcusable and not the standard we should be holding ourselves to. We clearly failed you when you needed us most.

This fits perfectly in my home. I am a firefighter paramedic as well as a military veteran who participates in stadium runs, obstacle runs, etc. The one suggestion I just made to the company is that there is no training manual on how to use the panel or no YouTube video, etc... they are working on that going forward. In addition I live in Florida. I highly recommend that you keep your machine unplugged. Get a high-quality surge protector, plug it in first turn the surge protector on then turn the machine on this way you can protect it from the lightning and surges. If you have a machine that needs to update and you don't use it for a while you should plug it in periodically so we can update my home is eccentric. I use my living room mainly for training. You can see. I have quite a bit of fitness equipment, but it fits perfectly in between my treadmill, my bike and rowing machine. One other thing I do do is I cover all my machines with decorative blanket/comforters to keep dust, etc. from getting into the machine steps, etc. the company has been very responsive to my questions and needs. I did a lot of research on machines I felt this would be the safest and fit best in my space.

Great size for the house. Step size is smaller so fyi on that. It’s a little loud too. Fyi FedEx will not bring this inside your door even if you pay for it. Prepare yourself for an argument or don’t pay for inside delivery.

My wife and daughter have wanted a stair stepper for years. We finally bought one because Stepr offers a high quality machine for less than StairMaster and other brands
It gets used almost daily and has been great for the first month. We for that it fit in a smaller space than other options on the market. I also really enjoy that it works without a subscription.

Over the past 6 months I have been building my home gym of my dreams. I needed another form of cardio that wasn't a treadmill, exercise bike, or rowing machine, that could really challenge me. I decided to order a stair climbing machine, but I had no idea where to start looking. I know people that have purchased the big bulky cheap machines from amazon, that are loud and obnoxiously bulky with no other feature other than a moving staircase. I found myself on the STEPR site and with a little bit of searching I found the STEPR GO, and thank God I did because this thing is incredible, it is rock solid with zero movement or creaks. it does need a break in period on each of the higher speeds i found as it will make some noise the first time hiting any of the speeds 16-25 but after a little bit it just stops and resumes with its normal hum. The programs are really cool as well, if i could figure out how to adjust the speeds for the programs instead of having to increase speed at every marker (if that is even a feature in this option). Overall im very impressed with this machine and in the future i see myself upgrading the the XL option for the larger stair case and larger steps. Great product would recommend, also it came with a free weight vest and some bands.
